This track has taken immense time and dedication to complete. We have seen that many sleep therapy music is designed to help the listener not only fall to sleep – but keep them in this state once they reach this, but we think otherwise. In order for the mind to ‘repair’ or ‘recover’ or indeed improve it’s sleep patterns and lack of sleep it must not rely on external sources to do so but condition itself to stay there on it’s own accord – this can only be achieved through routine and this track is just that tool to ensure you get there. What we mean by this is falling asleep to a soundtrack like the one we have produced here may be vitally important in fulfilling ones need to actually fall asleep and reach that deep state of deep consciousness that is important to rest the mind properly in order to achieve this – however once there – we believe you or indeed your mind must begin to learn how to stay in this state of consciousness without further aid which is why this track is no longer than 1 hour long (approx) in length.

It is healthy for the brain to be in silence to process thoughts promptly and clearly and since the beginning of time this has generally been the way in which we have been accustomed to, however recent studies have found that it is often the difficulty of falling asleep which is they key resuming a healthy sleep pattern. We believe that is exactly what we have addressed here.

Listen to this track as much or as little as you feel comfortable, either sitting or lying in a settled position. We always recommend using headphones for optimal results, however this is not essential.
