“We have designed this soundtrack to trigger parts of the brain to simulate someone who is at a high level of meditation. Here at Meditational State we have studied frequencies within the mind of an advanced meditator and replicated these frequencies in this soundtrack with certain sound waves that trigger those responses in specific parts of the brain. To get the most benefit from this track we suggest listening to once or twice a week to let your brain take in the effect and apply more sessions over time, the full hour is not required but we recommend a minimum of at least 20 minutes per sitting.”
Listen to this track as much or as little as you feel comfortable, either sitting or lying in a settled position. We always recommend using headphones for optimal results, however this is not essential.
