This track has been specifically designed to (if following the guide below) to make the user become an expert in mindfulness. It will enhance you’re skills at meditation and is a form of meditation in itself. Anybody can meditate but to become a master in mindfulness will benefit the user by using meditation at it’s maximum level and making the user concentrate on a very good time of there life, no matter what you’re going through, if you listen to the full track at least once every 2-3 days and try you’re best to concentrate you’re mind on one time of you’re life that makes you happy and you focus on it, you are being mindful. Its proven around the world to help reduce stress and enhance you’re life ten-fold. Mediators all around the world use this and and you don’t have to be meditating to use this technique the longer you can keep that good thought in you’re mind the higher level you are becoming, at this technique. For example if you’re in a nervous situation and you use this you will start to become more relaxed and comfortable in you’re environment, we tested this most in patients going into a nervous situation.

Mindfulness is a very simple concept. Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally. This increases awareness, clarity and acceptance of our present-moment reality.

Listen to this track as much or as little as you feel comfortable, either sitting or lying in a settled position. We always recommend using headphones for optimal results, however this is not essential.
