This track has been created for beginners. We have certain slow and smooth frequencies that trigger the mind to start of the early stages of meditation so that the user may become settled into a meditational state slowly and without much effort. Suggested that you listen to this until you are comfortable meditating, at least 20 mins a day is recommended but the full hour will give most benefit and can even help expert meditators due to smooth frequencies.

Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realise some benefit or as an end in itself.

The term meditation refers to a broad variety of practices (much like the term sports) that includes techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy or life force (qi, ki, prana, etc.) and develop compassion, love, patience, generosity and forgiveness. A particularly ambitious form of meditation aims at effortlessly sustained single-pointed concentration meant to enable its practitioner to enjoy an indestructible sense of well-being while engaging in any life activity.

Listen to this track as much or as little as you feel comfortable, either sitting or lying in a settled position. We always recommend using headphones for optimal results, however this is not essential.
