Natural Breathing True Zen Meditation Technique



True Zen Meditation – Natural Breathing Technique has massive changes within the minds cortex with overall general health benefits. Breathing is the most natural thing that we do as the human species and is effective at fitting the body into it’s natural routine. But the best thing about this specific technique is that overtime you’re breathing will become more natural and we predict that listening to everyday over the course of 2-3 weeks that you will have learnt this technique and it will be built into you’re sub conscience and you will have mastered you’re breathing techniques to give you the most benefit to you’re mind and body.

Deep, natural breathing can be important for health, healing, and spiritual well-being. Such breathing can increase our vitality and promote deep relaxation. Unfortunately, many of us who try to take a deep breath sometimes do the exact opposite of what is required: we suck in our bellies, raise our shoulders, and try to expand our chest. That is shallow breathing.

Listen to this track as much or as little as you feel comfortable, either sitting or lying in a settled position. We always recommend using headphones for optimal results, however this is not essential.
