For Meditation: we recommend volume level to be between Low – Medium

For Relaxation: we recommend volume level to be Medium
All the way at the bottom of the spectrum of brain waves — below theta waves — are the low, deep, slow delta waves. Both delta waves and theta waves occur when you’re asleep, but delta waves are the waves that dominate when you’re in a period of deep, restorative sleep.
There are 3 stages our brains reach before reaching REM sleep. Delta waves are associated with the deep sleep stages, 3 and REM. During stage 3, less than half of brain waves consist of delta waves, while more than half of brain activity consists of delta waves during REM sleep.
