Meditation – the healing power of bees

Beekeepers live long lives – and, it seems, not only because they benefit from the healing properties of eating lots of honey – but because of the healing sound frequencies from the buzz of the bees they care for.

The buzzing of bees ranges from 10 – 1000 Hz depending on circumstances – whether the hive has a queen – whether the bees are calm – or feeling threatened – and different species of bee produce different sound frequencies.  Bumblebees have an average buzz frequency of 270 Hz.

These frequencies resonate with organic tissues that promote healing – in humans the brain can also attune to these sounds for an overall calming effect.

We created a track at 432 Hz which is said to be the natural frequency of, not only bees, but of the universe – and radiates its cosmic healing powers.

The calming effect of 432 Hz music can help to reduce the level of inflammation in our bodies, which is a key factor in many chronic diseases. By keeping our immune system strong and reducing inflammation, we can improve our overall health and well-being.

Studies have shown that listening to music that is tuned to 432 Hz can help to activate the brain’s creative centre. This can lead to increased inspiration and motivation, making it easier for artists, writers, and other creative types to get into the flow of their work.

432 Hz music can help to enhance our mood and lift our spirits, which can be particularly helpful when we are feeling stuck or uninspired. When we are in a positive and creative mindset, we are better able to come up with new ideas and express ourselves through our work.

Doctor Meredith McCord and Doctor Jill Schumacher are experts in the field of bioenergetic medicine.  They researched ancient Egyptian knowledge and found that the humming sound of bees stimulates the release of super hormones known as the ‘Elixirs of Metamorphosis’.

This sound also resonates with the ventricular chambers in the centre of the brain, which are filled with cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) – a clear, colourless body fluid found in the brain and spine. Produced in the brain, it acts as a cushion for the brain’s cortex, providing basic mechanical and immunological protection to the brain inside the skull.  They discovered that the humming of bees causes a vibration that stimulates various structures of the brain, including the pineal gland, pituitary gland, hypothalamus, and amygdala.

Apitherapy is using the therapeutic power of bee products like Royal jelly, propolis and bee venom for healing.

Propolis has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antioxidant properties.

Royal jelly increases red blood cells, improves blood glucose tolerance, and protects skin from photoaging by enhancing collagen production. It also promotes better mental health.

The Queen Bee only eats royal jelly and lives 1-2 years, whereas worker bees may live up to 200 days but probably only an average of 25 days in busy summer months.

Bee venom is used in the treatment of arthritis, Parkinson’s disease and Alzeimer’s disease.
